So you copy and paste your PCB carefully and you find none of your ground planes are connected in the copies. You click on a track and find it's assigned to net 0, in fact ALL the copies are assigned to net 0! WTF! In my case I didn't notice this and had the boards made. Of course on reciept I found only the original layout had ground connections. This meant that 75% of my boards had to be manually fixed up with wire links for all the GND pins. Not a disaster bit still a PITA.
How to avoid this? I'll tell you.
Don't use copy/paste. Use Duplicate from the Right mouse menu after selection and the net names get reproduces correctly.Print, gerber it, zip it, send it, pay, (wait a while), profit.
